Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "epp777" refers to the online gaming platform operated at epp777.com, including all games, services, payment systems, and support channels provided under the epp777 brand.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered an account at epp777 or who accesses the epp777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personalised user account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification at epp777.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player into their epp777 Account wallet that are available for gameplay or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional PKR credits awarded by epp777 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process at epp777 requiring submission of CNIC documentation.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency of account at epp777.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment facilities, bonuses, and customer support provided by epp777.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and epp777. By completing registration at epp777, making a deposit, or accessing any epp777 game or service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the epp777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and epp777. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

3Eligibility

To register and use epp777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. epp777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. Age is verified through CNIC-based KYC — no exceptions are made at epp777.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with epp777 or any other gambling platform that prohibits your access to online gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. epp777 accounts may only be operated by the registered account holder personally.
• You must not have previously had an epp777 account permanently closed for breaching these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) epp777 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances at epp777.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and a valid electronic mail address. You are obligated to update your epp777 account information promptly if any details change.

epp777 requires mandatory KYC verification of all accounts before deposit and withdrawal privileges are granted. KYC documentation required at epp777 includes:

• Clear photographic copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and reverse sides
• A clear selfie photograph of the account holder holding their CNIC
• Proof of payment method ownership may be requested at epp777's discretion

KYC review at epp777 is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. epp777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements will result in restricted access to epp777 services until verification is completed.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your epp777 account login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your epp777 login details with any third party under any circumstances.

epp777 will never ask you for your full account password via any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from epp777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to epp777 support immediately at [email protected].

You must notify epp777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your epp777 account. Until epp777 receives such notification, all activity on your account — including any resulting financial transactions — is your sole responsibility. epp777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have not notified epp777 promptly.

6Deposits

All deposits at epp777 are made in PKR. epp777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, Allied Bank Transfer, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, SadaPay, NayaPay, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20, subject to availability.

The minimum single deposit amount at epp777 is 1,000 PKR. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per method — consult the epp777 cashier section for current limits. epp777 charges no platform fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the depositing Player.

epp777 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered to and owned by the account holder personally. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited at epp777 and may result in account review, transaction reversal, and forfeiture of associated funds.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your epp777 Real Money Balance require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name that has previously been used for deposit at epp777, or to a verified account presented during the KYC process.

Minimum single withdrawal amount at epp777 is 1,000 PKR. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per method may apply. epp777 aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 10 minutes of approval, and to Pakistan bank accounts including HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah within 10–30 minutes during business hours.

epp777 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain PKR thresholds, or where the epp777 compliance team identifies a reason to conduct additional verification. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued access to epp777 withdrawal services.

8Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

epp777 offers various promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly reload bonuses, and other time-limited offers. Each epp777 bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply at epp777:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal from the associated bonus balance is permitted at epp777.
• epp777 may specify game contribution percentages — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Jackpot Slots may contribute at a reduced rate at epp777.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period at epp777.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time at epp777 unless the specific promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• epp777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice in cases of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple epp777 accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated systems, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — results in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure at epp777.

9Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available in the epp777 Casino lobby operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification at epp777 is conducted by internationally recognised third-party testing laboratories. The certified RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at epp777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any tool designed to provide an unfair advantage in epp777 games
• Collusion with other epp777 players to influence game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or live dealer games
• Exploiting any software error, game bug, or technical malfunction at epp777 to accumulate credits or winnings not legitimately won
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to modify any epp777 game software
• Placing bets or wagers on behalf of other persons at epp777 as part of a commercial wagering service

epp777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round found to result from technical error, suspected manipulation, or platform malfunction. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's epp777 Real Money Balance but no winnings arising from the affected round will be paid.

10Responsible Gaming

epp777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. epp777 recognises that gambling can cause harm when not conducted responsibly, and provides the following tools accessible directly within every epp777 player account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps set by the Player and enforced by epp777
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying Players of the duration of their epp777 gaming session
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspension for a Player-defined period at epp777
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from all epp777 services — activated immediately upon request
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gameplay at epp777 reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered

If you self-exclude from epp777, you must not attempt to circumvent your exclusion by registering a new account. Any epp777 account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. epp777 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and applies them across all epp777 services simultaneously.

11Account Suspension & Closure

epp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where epp777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC at epp777
• The Player is under 18 years of age
• Suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering has been identified in the Player's epp777 account
• The Player is subject to an active self-exclusion that covers epp777 services
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requires account action

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach at epp777, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be subject to forfeiture in proportion to the severity of the breach, at epp777's sole discretion. Players may appeal account closure decisions by contacting [email protected] within 30 days.

12Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained within the epp777 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, video, audio, and the epp777 brand identity — is the exclusive property of epp777 or its licensed game providers and partners.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the epp777 platform for personal and recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or modification of any epp777 content or software in any form.

13Limitation of Liability

epp777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While epp777 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, epp777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, epp777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of epp777's services shall not exceed the net Real Money Balance held in the Player's epp777 account at the time the claim arises. epp777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by epp777's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14Privacy & Data Protection

epp777 collects, processes, and retains personal data about Players in accordance with the epp777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using epp777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

epp777 collects personal data including name, date of birth, CNIC number, Pakistan mobile number, email address, payment method details, KYC documentation, and gameplay and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement at epp777.

epp777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers involved in operating epp777's platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game technology providers — subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

15Amendments to These Terms

epp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at epp777 with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of epp777's services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using epp777 and may request account closure. The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time represents the current binding version applicable to your epp777 account.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which epp777 holds its international gambling licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of epp777's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact epp777 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. epp777 commits to responding to all formal written complaints within 5 business days and to making genuine efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by epp777's licensing authority. epp777 will cooperate fully with any such process and abide by the resulting determination.
